Q: I have paid my subscription renewal payment but I still do not have access?

A: If you renewed your subscription with your account manager, you should first contact them about the issue and request access. However, if you have renewed your subscription online, please contact our Pharmaprojects Service Desk with your account number, full contact details, method of payment, date of payment and any additional backup documents that may assist the team in dealing with your query.
