Q: I am the administrator of Pharmaprojects on the Web but I cannot access the application, what do I do?
A: Pharmaprojects on the Web has two different kinds of login. One is an administrator login for the online admin area (www.pjbpubs.com/login.htm), and the other is a user login for the application. Only the main subscriber will be allocated an administrator login.The admin login details will not work for the application.
N.B: If the 'username' is an email address, then the login details are for the application, NOT the admin area.
Please check that you have been added to the user list for the application (maintained within the admin area). If you have been added, and you still cannot access the application, please contact either your account manager, or our Pharmaprojects Service Desk
