Q: I have been given a temporary login for Pharmaprojects, what should I do to access Pharmaprojects?
A: Your temporary access details will be emailed from client.services@citeline.com When you receive the email, open up Pharmaprojects (Double click the icon, this should be located on your desktop) and it will ask for your login details. Copy and paste the username and password from the email (check the tick box 'remember my login details', and you should not be asked for these again), and then click 'Login'. You will then be asked for your subscription code. Copy this from the email, making sure you have the FULL code, and select OK. Please take care to carefully copy and paste text, checking that there are no spaces either side once pasted.
