Account Administration Log In

Please click log in button below to open the administration panel.

Enter your login name, password and, if required, read the guide on each section below.

Account Details

If you are acccessing the panel for the first time you should select your company type from a drop-down list. Please select the most appropriate description and click Update.
If you need to alter your account details, for instance if your email address changes, you can do so in this section.

Log In Details

If you would like to change the log in details for yourself, as the administrator, to the account administration panel, you can do in the Log In Details section.

Pharmaprojects Users

This is where information about your Pharmaprojects Users is displayed.
If you have a large number of Pharmaprojects Users you are able to tailor the display of this area to show 5, 10, 15, 20 etc. Pharmaprojects User accounts per screen. You can also choose to show accounts whose email address begins with a designated letter, or all accounts.

You can also search across all Pharmaprojects User accounts to find a specific account, for instance if you need to change an email address or to delete a Pharmaprojects User account.

If any of your Pharmaprojects Users forgets their log in details, you can resend these by checking the box to the right-hand side of the relevant User's account then click on Resend Password. An email will a utomatically be sent to them containing their log in details. You may edit the email address of the Pharmaprojects User, for example if your company's email address changes, but not the password.

Add Users

This is where you add new Pharmaprojects Users. You can choose to add new Users one at a time or add several by uploading a file containing their email addresses.

To add an individual User

To add an individual User type their email address into the field and click 'Save'. A message will appear in the Pharmaprojects Users section of the page telling you whether the new User has been successfully added or not. If successfully added, the User's account will be displayed. If, for some reason, the new User was not added, there will be a message to tell you this. The reasons why a User might not have been added include a duplicate email address (the User is already set up) or an invalid email address format.

To add several Pharmaprojects Users

If you have a large number of Pharmaprojects Users to set up you may find it more convenient to upload the Users' emails in a file saved in CSV format (follow the link at the bottom of the Pharmaprojects My PJB page for an explanation of how to do this). To do this, browse to the location of the CSV file, then click 'Upload'. A message will appear in the Pharmaprojects Users section of the page informing you of the successful upload; if, however, any of the Users' emails were invalid then a message will be displayed alerting you to the particular problem. Each time a Pharmaprojects User is successfully added their details are displayed in the 'Pharmaprojects Users' section.

When a Pharmaprojects User is successfully added (using either method), the system automatically sends the Pharmaprojects User a welcome email containing their log-in details - user-id, password and subscription code. The Pharmaprojects User can now start to use Pharmaprojects on the Web.

Please note that you need to set yourself up as a Pharmaprojects User if you wish to use Pharmaprojects on the Web.
