7. What does the pill symbol mean?
The pill (or screwhead as it is often described by customers), is displayed next to a record in a report table if that record has had one or more major events occurring to it since the database was last updated. In the case of the web version, this will be anything that has had any of our 27 types of major event during the past week, in the case of the CD- this will be any record that has experienced a major event during the past month.
If you see a lightbulb symbol next to a product in the report table, this indicates that this is a new product that has been added to Pharmaprojects in the past week/month for web and CD-ROM customers, respectively.
